RentAtlas consolidates public data into an intuitive map so you can quickly compare neighbourhoods by postal code for overall safety, greenery, transit access, ease of parking and hopefully much more very soon.
Adjust the sliders on the sidebar to prioritize what matters, like parking over transit, and the map updates instantly. Use the top matches to discover FSAs that better match your needs. (FSA's are forward sorting areas, or the first 3 digits of the postal code)
Data is prepared with Python notebooks and the processing steps are transparent so anyone can audit or improve the scores. In the future, live pricing can be implemented to each area in order to facilitate decision making. The goal is also to bring this to many more cities and serve more people.
